Stuart Sinclair is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery UK LLP, based in its London office. He is a member of the Tax Department, where his practice concentrates on a range of corporate tax matters, focusing on tax-based structured finance transactions, capital markets, financial instruments, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations and tax insurance.
Stuart has advised on transactions from a wide variety of sectors, including pharmaceuticals, media, banking, transport, manufacturing and power, with particular experience in the financial services industry. He has acted for corporate groups, insurance companies, investment banks, venture capitalists, equipment lessors and advises individuals on the protection of private wealth.
