Gladys C. Zolna is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm's Chicago office. She is a member of the Employee Benefits Department.
Prior to joining McDermott, Gladys was an associate in the employee benefits and executive compensation practice at a national law firm in Chicago. Her experience includes designing plan documents for defined contribution, defined benefit, health and welfare, and non-qualified benefit plans; merger and acquisition-related review of employee benefit and executive compensation documents; and preparation of benefit plan-related IRS and SEC filings.
Before law school, Gladys spent eight years as a professional liability underwriter at two Chicago-area insurance companies.
She is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois and in the Northern District of Illinois.
