Our lawyers have been involved in cutting-edge legal developments in the agribusiness arena, acting as general counsel to a $8 billion dairy food company; cutting-edge issues like the use of geographically descriptive terms; the labeling of “organic” products; and the use of genetically modified organisms in foods and beverages. We have represented the Dairy Farmers of America, Inc. in the issuance of senior notes and one of its special purpose entities in the issuance of senior guaranteed notes.
