(June 26, 2008) — McDermott Will & Emery represented the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. in commenting on the Federal Trade Commission's advance notice of proposed rulemaking concerning Prohibitions on Market Manipulation and False Information related to wholesale crude oil, gasoline and petroleum distillate prices.
