Health Care Litigator Joins Los Angeles Office
LOS ANGELES — The international law firm of McDermott Will & Emery is pleased to announce the addition of Russell Hayman as a partner in the Trial Department of its Los Angeles office. Mr. Hayman is a former federal prosecutor and partner in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins LLP. Mr. Hayman is best known for his representation of publicly traded and nonprofit companies in the hospital, hospice, home care, durable medical equipment, and skilled nursing facility industries in complex criminal and civil fraud matters. He has tried more than 20 cases in his career, including a two-year trial before an international tribunal in The Hague, The Netherlands. At McDermott Will & Emery, Mr. Hayman will continue to focus his practice on complex fraud cases in the health care industry.
