Our lawyers provide health product manufacturers with comprehensive reimbursement assistance from the product research and development stage through product marketing and distribution. Our lawyers, some of whom are also licensed physicians and pharmacists, work with clients to design and implement cost-effectiveness studies of new products to position them for coverage by third-party payers. We also have significant experience guiding manufacturers through the coverage and reimbursement processes of the U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, formerly known as the Health Care Financing Administration (HCFA), state Medicaid agencies, private third-party payers and managed care organizations.
