- Structuring a management-led ESOP to acquire 30 percent of a food brokerage concern
- Advising on the merger of eleven banks in the Farm Credit System, resulting in a new $12 billion bank
- Negotiating the acquisition of a $150 million German agribusiness manufacturing concern
- Structuring a buying cooperative for the franchisees of a major fast-food chain
- Defending numerous substantive merger investigations involving agribusinesses
