Our EU competition and regulatory group offers integrated, practical and seamless advice to Italian, international and multinational clients on a wide range of legal issues before the Italian Competition and Regulatory Authorities, the European Commission, and other regulatory authorities. We regularly advise on merger control, distribution, cartels and abuse of dominance as well as on issues related to regulated industries. We also assist clients before the Italian Authorities and courts on consumer protection and business issues and cases.
