We have advised several venture capital and private equity firms as well as their portfolio companies in various transactions. In addition, we have represented start-up companies while in negotiation with venture capitalists. Our representation has included the largest German private equity player in the cross-border acquisition of privately held manufacturing companies, as well as the venture capital vehicle of one of Germany's largest corporations listed on the DAX 30 with respect to numerous participation agreements.
