Latin America

Our Latin America Practice Group is composed of approximately 30 lawyers from diverse practice areas and offices who have extensive experience in Latin American transactions. Our Group includes several partners and associates who are natives of Latin America and two lawyers who are licensed in Mexico and Venezuela, respectively, with extensive corporate experience in those countries. Of the group, 15 lawyers are fluent in Spanish and six have a working knowledge of Portuguese.
