Our lawyers have obtained precedent-setting Internal Revenue Service and Labor Department rulings and exemptions for our clients. We have been involved in landmark litigation matters in the ESOP field. Our attorneys have authored and edited leading books, articles and practitioners' guides on ESOPs. We have also been involved in the legislative process, advising and guiding the discussion and creation of the laws governing ESOPs.
