International Environmental

We have represented clients and provided compliance advice with respect to environmental, health and safety (EHS) issues throughout the world. These activities have included due diligence work on behalf of both buyers and sellers of overseas facilities and businesses, advice on compliance counselling, and representation before government authorites in matters relating to EHS issues. In addition, we have participated in government sponsored conferences and projects to address environmental issues and have represented parties in international disputes involving such environmentally related issues as the allocation of oil rights in seas and coastal waters and the percentage of pollutants in imported fuels.
