Our lawyers are highly skilled in domestic and international litigation and arbitration, as well as in enforcing foreign judgments and awards in Italy. We also provide assistance on alternative techniques of dispute resolution and in major domestic Italian litigation. Our litigators regularly represent multinational corporations in the Italian Courts with regard to business disputes in Italy, including intellectual property litigation and various kinds of contractual disputes. The Firm has experience in counsel and arbitrator roles in all kinds of international arbitration, including under UNCITRAL arbitration rules and under institutional rules such as those of the ICC and the LCIA. The Firm has been involved in major arbitration cases regarding international contracting, construction, acquisitions, purchasing and supply agreements and in major international litigation cases involving jurisdiction conflicts.
