Our Washington, D.C. office is ideally situated to meet our clients’ needs in the campaign finance and election law areas. Our practice includes counseling corporations and political action committees (PACs) with respect to the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1974 and other campaign finance regulations. Additionally, we represent candidates and campaign committees in litigation before the Federal Election Commission.
