M&A and corporate experience
Our lawyers counsel clients on general corporate matters as well as cross-border transactions and joint ventures. The team advises on the full range of corporate issues, including corporate litigation and restructurings. We have participated in all stages of cross-border transactions, representing clients across a variety of international jurisdictions from the determination of the appropriate legal and tax structure to due diligence and the negotiation and preparation of contracts.
Commercial experience
Our lawyers have experience in drafting national and international commercial contracts for suppliers and customers across many different sectors, including aviation, transport, IT, energy, textiles, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and the automobile sector. Our experience includes drafting contracts for services, licensing, distribution, manufacturing and intellectual property.

From our office in Brussels we are able to assist clients with interests in Belgium and in Europe. We have extensive experience in Belgian taxation including all tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions and restructurings, income tax, VAT issues, Belgian real estate transfer matters and global estate planning.
