Environmental - Transactional Experience
We are recognized for our ability to provide sophisticated solutions to complex environmental problems. We have handled due diligence and compliance issues in all 50 states, as well as in many other countries. Our work has also included the negotiation of environmentally sensitive contracts and environmentally related contract provisions, conception and procurement of insurance products to address environmental liability and brownfields initiatives to enable redevelopment of contaminated sites.
Our attorneys have experience with a wide range of projects in the industrial, commercial and government sectors. Indeed, members of our Group were involved in the initial development and use of environmental opinions and due diligence protocols now used in many major transactions. In addition, we work closely with colleagues in the Firm's other practice groups on such issues as health and safety and insurance coverage to ensure that all aspects of a transaction receive expert attention.
