Her practice also emphasizes overall compliance plans, internal investigations, executive contracts, FMLA & disability accommodations, discrimination & harassment, industry-tailored personnel policies, wage & hour audits, reductions in force, workplace health & safety, employee mobility & non-compete enforcement and the gig economy.
Clients routinely turn to Abigail for her keen observations and her passion for simple, elegant solutions. (The phrase “Occam’s razor” is emblazoned along the edge of her keyboard.) Abigail’s decades of working alongside healthcare leaders, coupled with her Master’s in Public Health, make her particularly attune to the unique challenges facing healthcare employers. She is a go-to resource on OSHA compliance and is a dynamic member of the Firm’s COVID-19 Task Force.
