International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented New Harbor Capital, a Chicago-based private equity firm, and its portfolio company, Community Psychiatry Management, LLC, in the company’s sale to Centerbridge Partners. Community Psychiatry Management is a leading provider of outpatient behavioral health services supporting 100+ affiliated psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners and therapists across more than 40 clinics and via telemedicine throughout California.
