Overview
Agnieszka Kawecki focuses her practice on all aspects of estate planning. Agnes advises high-net-worth individuals and families on wealth transfer planning, estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax issues, estate administration and charitable planning. Her practice includes drafting customized estate plans, designing and implementing wealth transfer techniques, formation and administration of private foundations and post-death estate administration matters.
While in law school, Agnes served as vice president of the Real Property, Trusts & Estates Law Society, and was a member of the Women’s Leadership Coalition. Agnes received the Kirkland & Ellis Scholar award for Mergers & Acquisitions. Prior to law school, Agnes held several positions for banking institutions, including serving as a legal records coordinator at a Chicago bank holding company.
