David C. Mangoubi focuses his practice on complex civil litigation and corporate due diligence. David has experience handling corporate transactions, including buy-side and sell-side due diligence in matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, real estate, healthcare, life sciences, intellectual property and information technology. His e-Discovery litigation experience includes matters relating to white-collar, qui tam, insurance, class action, mergers, contracts, pharmaceuticals, tax, antitrust, pension plans, toxic tort, trademark and patent infringement, Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). David formerly worked as a staff attorney for a legal-based dot-com startup.
