Overview
Danny Min focuses his practice on corporate and transactional matters, and represents investment firms, banks and private equity firms in complex mortgage and mezzanine finance transactions, joint ventures and acquisitions.
Danny’s experience also includes transaction documents, including joint venture agreements, mortgages, pledge agreements and guaranties and other ancillary documents. Additionally, Danny performs due diligence reviews and reviews title commitments, surveys and zoning reports.
During law school, Danny was a staff member of the St. John’s Law Review and was an evening vice president of the Student Bar Association.
Results
- Represented a Singapore entity in its acquisition of a portfolio of office parks located in California, North Carolina and Oregon*
- Represented a joint venture between four partners in the acquisition and financing of a portfolio of 10 office properties in New Jersey*
- Represented a private equity firm in connection with a joint venture agreement and for the acquisition and financing of a large multifamily housing development in New York*
- Represented an investment bank in connection with the purchase of a senior loan secured by a mortgage on a condominium property in New York City and subsequently represented the same bank in connection with the sale of a portion of the senior loan*
