Overview
Abdel Abdellah focuses his practice on advising French and international companies on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment and benefits matters.
Abdel has particular experience in dealing with all employment issues triggered by cross-border corporate restructurings and M&A transactions including the transfer of employees, information-consultation procedures with employee representatives, collective bargaining with unions and redundancy programs.
He also dedicates a substantial portion of his practice to advising clients on the negotiation of senior executive employment/termination agreements and the implementation of all types of incentive compensation plans and arrangements.
In litigation matters, Abdel represents companies before labor, civil and criminal courts in high-stakes individual and collective cases.
