Overview
Julia Külzer’s main areas of focus are advising institutional investors and project developers in all aspects of real estate law, particularly in real estate transactions (asset and share deals, single and portfolio transactions) and commercial leases. Her other areas of expertise include asset management of real estate portfolios and all property law issues.
Before joining McDermott, Julia Külzer worked in an international trading company.
