International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented the North Atlantic Acquisition Corporation (NAAC), a publicly traded special (NASDAQ: NAAC) purpose acquisition company (SPAC), in its business combination with TeleSign, a leader in digital identity and CPaaS software solutions for global enterprises. TeleSign intends to go public at an enterprise value of $1.3 billion, and with this transaction, the company expects to accelerate its investment and fund its growth.
- The transaction was announced on December 16, 2021 and is expected to close in Q2 2022.
