Overview
Kristi Mankowske focuses her practice on corporate and transactional matters, particularly in real estate. She represents owners, developers, investment firms, borrowers and lenders in purchase, sale, financing and development of commercial real estate.
Kristi’s pro bono practice includes work at the Innocence Project and National Immigrant Justice Center.
During law school, Kristi was a staff member of the DePaul Law Review.

- Represented a large national bank in a series of loan transactions totaling approximately $175,000,000 relating to property in South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Kansas and Maryland*
- Represented a real estate investment firm in the acquisition of a $65,000,000 mixed-use property in southern California*
- Represented a real estate investment firm in the $240,000,000 acquisition of a portfolio of commercial properties throughout the United States*
