Overview
Marieke Greif focuses her practice on all aspects of real estate law. Marieke advises national and international companies in real estate transactions (asset and share deal, single asset and portfolio transactions), commercial tenancy law, as well as project developments.
Marieke studied law at the Universities of Berlin and Geneva, Switzerland. Before joining McDermott, she worked as a senior associate in the Commercial Real Estate department of an international law firm in Berlin.
During her studies and legal clerkship, Marieke worked as a freelancer for the magazine of the German Bar Association “Anwaltsblatt” in Berlin, where she was responsible for the “Legislation” section as well as articles for the student magazine Anwaltsblatt Karriere.
