McDermott Lawyers Selected to Serve on Law360’s 2022 Editorial Boards

Bernadette counsels health and life sciences industry stakeholders on the transactional, strategic and regulatory strategies for transforming healthcare. She guides stakeholders through the development and commercialization of artificial intelligence, digital health innovations and discovery, accelerating precision medicine solutions and harnessing big data assets in support of such initiatives. Bernadette will be joining Law360’s 2022 Health Care Editorial Advisory Board.

Maria advises US and international corporations with regard to employment law compliance and mergers and acquisitions and defends employment cases and class action litigation. She is a trusted adviser to clients, helping them avoid or resolve disputes and protect resources through strategic planning. Maria serves as Office Managing Partner of McDermott’s Los Angeles office. She will be joining Law360’s Media & Entertainment Editorial Advisory Board.

Matthew focuses his practice on high-stakes commercial litigation and government investigations. He represents clients in a broad range of civil and criminal proceedings at the trial and appellate levels in federal and state courts across the country. In 2017, Matthew was named an “Up and Coming Lawyer” in Massachusetts. He will be joining Law360’s 2022 Massachusetts Editorial Advisory Board.
