Overview
Adam Long focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, financings, leasing, development and joint ventures. He represents institutional and non-institutional investors in numerous transactions across asset classes, including hotels, retail, medical/senior housing, industrial and multi-family properties.
Adam maintains an active pro bono practice working on various projects with the Greater Chicago Food Depository.

- Led diligence review team for $1billion+ life insurance company refinance*
- Led acquisition of 11 senior housing facilities in three states with transactional value over $650 million*
