Guillaume Panuel focuses his practice on advising European sponsors on raising investment funds, and on a broad range of secondary transactions, including LP-stakes transactions and GP-led continuation funds. He also advises clients on preferred equity solutions and co-investments schemes.

Guillaume has 20 years’ experience in private equity secondaries, spin-offs of management teams and formations of domestic or transnational alternative investment funds (e.g., fonds professionnel de capital investissement (FPCI), fonds d’investissement professionnel spécialisé (FIPS), sociétés de libre partenariat (SLP).

Guillaume also assists management teams in dealing with regulatory and governance matters as well as carried interest arrangements.

• Advised CAPZA/Artemid, an established European private investment platform with €8.2 billion of assets and offering financing solutions to small & mid cap companies, in connection with the fundraising of its new fund Artemid Senior Loan IV SLP (target size: €750,000,000)
• Advised ODDO BHF Asset Management, a leading independent asset manager in Europe with €57.3 billion assets under management (as of June 30, 2022) in connection with the structuring of its fund ODDO BHF Secondaries Fund II SLP (final closing: €715,000,000)
• Advised idiCo, a 20-year-old leading private equity firm focusing mainly on LBO and expansion capital operations in the BtoB Services, Healthcare and Tech sectors with €1.0 billion in assets under management, in connection with the structuring of its new fund idiCo Expansion 4 SLP (target size: €170,000,000)
• Advising Omnes Capital, a 20-year-old leading private equity firm dedicated to energy transition and innovation with €5.85 billion in assets under management, in connection with the structuring of its new fund Omnes Real Tech 2 FPCI (deep-tech start-ups) (target size: €250,000,000)
• Advising Karista, an early-stage venture capital firm founded in 2001 investing in Health, Digital, Tech, and NewSpace, in connection with the structuring of its new fund Karista Fund V SLP (target size: €150,000,000)
