Jordan focuses her practice on helping corporations navigate high-impact litigation. Her experience includes litigating cases in state and federal courts across the country, from Delaware Chancery Court to Dallas County Court at Law. Jordan also represents clients in arbitrations governed by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), and Delaware Rapid Arbitration Act rules. She has worked on a variety of legal issues, including securities regulation, tort liability, and complex contract issues.

Jordan previously served as a judicial law clerk to Chief Justice Nathan L. Hecht of the Texas Supreme Court.

• Obtained dismissal of all claims at the pleading stage in a federal securities class action and companion derivative suit filed against an oil and gas exploration company*
• Defended a federal Section 11 securities class action in Texas state court filed against a fracking company*
• Represented an international energy company in a tortious interference and licensing dispute in arbitration and received full award of damages for the client with a take-nothing award for the opposing party*
