International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented Solaris Health Holdings, a leading national healthcare platform committed to working with its affiliates to enhance access to specialty healthcare and continually improve patient outcomes, in its acquisition of UroPartners, the Midwest’s largest independent urology group, and Lowcountry Urology Clinics, a combination of five clinics servicing patients in South Carolina. The additions of UroPartners and Lowcountry Urology Clinics to Solaris aligns the skills and talents of over 600 providers who annually care for over 850,000 unique patients located in 12 states.
