Overview
McDermott Will & Emery advised MML in its acquisition of an equity stake in Kickmaker, the first consulting firm specialized in engineering and outsourced product development in France.
In this transaction, MML joined forces with co-investor Bpifrance and benefited from a significant reinvestment from existing investor Generis Capital Partners.
Through this transaction, Kickmaker, which is present in the United States, intends to expand its activities in that country, while strengthening its focus on eco-design and decarbonization of industry, WEB3 and industrial design.
