MIAMI – MARCH 20, 2023 – International law firm McDermott Will & Emery is honored to announce that Miami-based partner Alexander Clavero has been recognized by the Daily Business Review‘s Florida Legal Awards 2023 in the On the Rise category.
Alexander focuses his practice on transactional work, with an emphasis on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures involving private equity sponsors and private companies. As partner in charge of McDermott’s Miami Corporate Advisory practice, Alex has handled many complex transactions, including leveraged buyouts, private equity acquisitions and divestitures, corporate carve-outs, debt and equity investments and joint ventures.
