This webinar will explore challenges and opportunities for accelerating biomedical research, development and commercialization through the use of digital health tools and solutions such as end-user license agreements (EULAs), wearables and mobile apps, telemedicine, and big data exchange and analytics. We will cover a range of evolving compliance issues surrounding these new approaches, such as privacy and security, human subject protection, and the US Food and Drug Administration pre-market approval regime. We will also explore alternative compliance and contracting strategies for managing risk while capturing opportunity from the perspective of key stakeholders, such as sponsors, investigators, research sites and digital health developers.
CLE credit for this program is pending the following states: California, Illinois and New York. A Uniform Certificate of Attendance will be made available to participants requesting CLE credit in all other states. Credit shall be awarded only for attendance of the entire webcast: no partial credit shall be awarded for attending a portion of the webcast.
