Overview
Ennio Keyte has a broad commercial practice encompassing contentious and transactional mandates, focusing on litigation, arbitration, investigations, restructurings, cross-border M&A, joint ventures and general corporate law matters, with an emphasis on China outbound investment.
He advises clients across a range of industries including financial institutions, healthcare, technology, industrial and consumer goods. Ennio also has experience advising high net worth individuals on complex multi-jurisdictional litigation and investigation matters.
Ennio is a fluent mandarin speaker and a regular visitor to China and has previously undertaken a secondment to Beijing. Ennio has taught seminars at Tsinghua University and the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission.

- Advised a high net worth individual in successfully discharging account freezing orders and resulting in dismissal of the Metropolitan Police’s anti-money laundering investigation into that individual*
- Advised Novartis on pursuing a multi-million USD debt claim via insolvency proceedings in Hong Kong and an arbitration in Switzerland.

- Advised AVIC Cabin System on the negotiation with leading aircraft manufacturers and airlines in relation to the administration of AIM Altitude*
- Advised Baker Hughes on the carve out sale of its Subsea drilling business into a joint venture with MH Wirth/ Akastor*
