International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented EIV Capital, LLC, a Texas-based private equity firm specializing in providing growth equity to the North American energy industry, in its equity commitment to Penrose Midstream Partners, LLC, a growth-oriented midstream company focused on acquiring, developing, operating and optimizing midstream infrastructure.
The transaction was announced on May 2, 2023.
The McDermott deal team was led by Kevin Brophy and included Jibin Luke, Michelle Strowhiro, Ming Lei, Alex Farr and Sarah Nabors.
