McDermott Will & Emery has advised Groupe RG, a specialist in personal protective equipment, which has entered into exclusive negotiations for the acquisition of Groupe Vandeputte, a Belgian family-owned group, leader in the specialized distribution of personal protective equipment (PPE) in the Benelux.
This transaction enables Groupe RG to demonstrate its ambition to become the PPE leader in Europe.
