Overview
Luis J. Perez focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance matters, including international transactions, for clients operating throughout the United States and Latin America. Luis works with private and publicly held companies on all aspects of their business, from formation and governance issues to equity and debt offerings to acquisitions and dispositions.
Luis has substantial experience working with energy companies, including utilities and renewable energy developers, throughout the United States, Europe and Latin America. His client list includes a leading sustainable energy company in the United States and global leaders in clean energy. Luis also represents the interests of financial institutions and construction companies structuring public-private partnerships in the United States and Latin America.
