Nicole Yoon advises clients on corporate and transactional matters, with a focus on cross-border and domestic mergers, acquisitions and divestitures for public and private companies, private equity sponsors and other investment funds. Nicole also provides general corporate counseling to clients and portfolio companies regarding corporate governance and post-merger integration matters. In her practice, she has represented clients and investors across a variety of industries, including healthcare, biotech, chemicals, metals and mining, energy and software.

While in law school, Nicole served as an article editor for the Annual Survey of American Law.
