CASE OVERVIEW
Earlier this month, a federal court in South Carolina issued a long-awaited decision in the case of Genesis HealthCare, Inc. v. Becerra. In its decision, the court stated that a 340B-eligible provider can obtain 340B drugs to fill a prescription from another provider, as long as the individual receiving the drugs is also a patient of the 340B-eligible provider.
