Overview
Leenor Gold is a commercial and transactional lawyer who represents banks, developers, real estate investment funds and institutional investors in a variety of real estate transactional matters. Among other engagements, Leenor has advised clients on acquisitions, dispositions, property development and portfolio financings of hotels, residences, offices and industrial facilities. She also drafts, negotiates and restructures complex joint venture agreements and other corporate documents.
Leenor is dedicated to providing pro bono services to her community. She has drafted training manuals for legal aid organizations, guided families through housing proceedings and assisted individuals in obtaining US citizenships.
