Michal Chajdukowski focuses his practice on a range of regulatory and trade related matters. Drawing on his experience in financial regulation, he guides national and multi-national clients through the complexity of the UK and EU sanctions regimes and export controls, with a keen eye to cross-border commercial transactions.
He has extensive experience in providing contentious and non-contentious regulatory advice to banks, insurance companies and other financial institutions, particularly in the context of compliance with anti-corruption, sanctions, and specific financial regulatory obligations.
Michal has also represented corporate and individual clients in white collar and general crime matters.
