Düsseldorf, Februaty 1, 2024 – McDermott Will & Emery advises the international science park and network operator Kadans Science Partner in connection with the development of an innovative research building on the Biotech Campus in Mainz, Germany.
In cooperation with the Technology Center Mainz (TZM), Kadans Science Partner will realize attractive office and laboratory space at the biotechnology and innovation location Mainz.
Kadans Science Partner supports innovative companies in the life sciences sector in their research and development by providing state-of-the-art infrastructure and specialized facilities. The company has been a portfolio company of Axa Investment Managers since 2020 and currently leases around 500,000 m² of space in six European countries.
The McDermott team is led by partner Thomas Beisken and comprised partners Philipp-Gerald Hammes, Alexa Ningelgen and Florian Schiefer as well as associates Carolin Irla and Tim Weill.
