Aristotle M. Mannan advises cryptocurrency clients on corporate, regulatory and transactional matters.
While in law school, Aristotle conducted legal research for a blockchain advocacy coalition, was an Equal Justice America public interest fellow at the Homeless Advocacy Project in Philadelphia and served as a legal extern at a life sciences investment firm. Prior to attending law school, Aristotle started his career as a cancer researcher building a screening platform for targeted therapeutics and subsequently worked at several biotechnology startups in business development roles. He was also the founder and CEO of a venture-backed digital health platform that improves coordination of care for Medicaid members before transitioning the company to new leadership.
