Overview
Mai Matsubara focuses her practice on data protection, cybersecurity and information technology law. In particular, she advises clients on compliance with EU data protection and privacy legislation.
Mai has worked with multinational companies, and has particular strength in the automotive sector.
Mai published an article on personal data transfers outside the European Union in the book “Les défis sectoriels du RGPD” published by LexisNexis. She also contributed to the book “Droit des données personnelles : Les spécificités du droit français au regard du RGPD” published by Dalloz.
