McDermott Will & Emery has advised Sensorion, a pioneering clinical-stage biotechnology company specializing on the development of new therapies to restore, treat and prevent hearing loss disorders, on its new financing of over EUR 50 million from existing and new investors specializing in the healthcare sector.
McDermott advised Sensorion in August 2023 on its EUR 35 million financing through the issue of ordinary shares and pre-funded warrants.
The team advising Sensorion included :
- Bertrand Delafaye, Emmanuelle Trombe, partners, Henri Nalbandyan and Claire Chabat, associates, on corporate aspects
