Frankfurt, March 6, 2024 – McDermott Will & Emery has represented Altium LLC, a leading provider of design software for the electronics industry, on in the acquisition of all shares in German Valispace GmbH and its wholly owned Portuguese subsidiary Galactic Purpose Unipessoal LDA.
Bremen-based Valispace develops and distributes software and associated services, in particular in support of engineering activities and all related business.
Altium, headquartered in San Diego, California, is an American Australian multinational software company that provides electronic design automation software to engineers who design printed circuit boards and is listed on the Australian Security Exchange.
