Overview
Krasen Krastev specializes in providing corporate law advice to financial investors, companies and company founders (including start-ups) on national and international M&A transactions and corporate restructurings, including buy-outs, financing rounds, carve-outs and transformations, as well as on general corporate and stock corporation law issues.
He started his legal career at an international law firm in 2014 and most recently worked there as Managing Associate.

- UBS Europe on the sale of its Spanish wealth management business to Singular Bank.*
- Deutsche Bank/ Deutsche Oppenheim Family Office (formerly Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie.) on the sale of closed-end real estate funds and on various corporate law issues.*
- Continental on the establishment of the joint venture “OSRAM CONTINENTAL” with OSRAM.*
- Genting Hong Kong on the acquisition of Lloyd Werft in Bremerhaven and on the acquisition of Nordic Yards shipyards in Stralsund, Warnemünde and Wismar.*
