Brett Boskiewicz is a trusted legal advisor to healthcare industry clients on complex litigation, dispute resolution and risk mitigation.
In his prior role at a Fortune 15 global health company, Brett directed litigation strategy for major healthcare, behavioral health and health benefit litigation matters. He also provided legal risk mitigation, dispute resolution and litigation avoidance strategies for US commercial healthcare matters, strategic initiatives, product development and market growth opportunities. Brett leverages this unique in-house perspective to deliver creative, business-enabling legal solutions that align with his clients’ overall strategies and values.
Drawing from more than two decades in both in-house and outside counsel roles, Brett excels at distilling complex legal and healthcare industry issues for executives, business leaders and other stakeholders, as well as regulators and courts. He has particular experience in managed care, Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), class action, and payor and provider disputes.
In addition to his practice, Brett regularly speaks at industry conferences on alternative dispute resolution, class action, and payor and provider dispute issues impacting healthcare companies.
