Overview
Kristin Schwam focuses her practice on investigations, regulatory enforcement matters and white-collar criminal defense. She represents clients in a broad range of industries, including healthcare, technology, oil and gas, hospitality and tourism, and financial services. Kristin has experience conducting internal investigations and representing clients before federal agencies, including the US Department of Justice and Securities and Exchange Commission.
Kristin previously completed a secondment at one of the world’s leading medical technology companies, where she served as global investigations and compliance counsel. In this role, she led multiple international internal investigations. Kristin also maintains an active pro bono practice.
Prior to law school, Kristin worked at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office as an investigative analyst in the Rackets Bureau and the Public Corruption Unit.
